About the Event
“ You respond to the scene of a 45 year old unresponsive female. It’s just you and your BLS partner, who is competent and will do only what you say, but is otherwise silent”
Sound familiar? Everyone remembers scenarios, the pressure of being graded, the struggle of trying to visualize the patient, added to the pressure of preforming solo. But in real life, are our partners supposed to be silent? Are we not a Health Care Team?
Join us on Monday May 14th, 18:30 hrs at Holland College for ALS for BLS II: The silent partner. We will focus on the logistics, treatments and thought process for a variety of ALS calls. Topics will include ECG interpretation, Airway management, Medication administration and more. With a mix of lessons, hands on practice and clinical pearls, it will be educational for both BLS and ALS providers.
